Soo Apparel & Promotional Products ships nationwide using reputable carriers. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Processing Time:

 

• Standard orders ship within 5–7 business days

• Custom or bulk orders may take 7–14 business days or more, depending on order volume and production time

 

 

Shipping Rates:

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolving issues.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at JD@ShopSooApparel.com. We will file a claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
