Refund Policy

We strive to deliver quality custom products and excellent customer service. Because many of our items are personalized or made to order, our refund policy is as follows:
Custom & Personalized Items:
All custom or personalized items (including screen-printed and embroidered products) are final sale and non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Non-Custom Items:
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, email us at support@theusaapparel.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will promptly offer a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
